I saw this on facebook this week and it totally cracked me up. Alas, I was all alone in my mirth, for there were no other children of the eighties handy when I found it. So, I’m sharing with you! Aren’t you lucky?
Here are some other good reads from around the web this week (and maybe last week, too.)
Hiraeth: The most important thing to know here is that Alice is back! And this is a lovely meditation on the meaning of home. Of course, because Alice might be the loveliest person on the internet.
Clean Home Habits: Jen at Simblissity shares a little about keeping up with the housekeeping amidst all of the real life going on around us. This year, I started using a bullet journal, and while my to-do list can get pretty long, I write three little things in the corner every day – laundry, bed, and dinner – and I expect to have them done by 9AM. These are my three most important items, and as long as we have clean clothes, one tidy place to take some rest in, and food on the table at the end of the day, it’s all good. What are your basics?
Never Underestimate the Power of Your Smile: This one is a little older, but so sweet, and written by my sister, too.
Happy Sunday, friends!
